This Policy governs the acquisition and utilization of all paid services within FluxReels. This encompasses "Premium Subscriptions," "VIP Status," and virtual items such as "Coins" or "Bonus" points.
FluxReels does not process financial transactions directly. All payments are handled through the authorized billing infrastructure of your mobile platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
When you commence a purchase, you enter into an immediate and binding contract. You acknowledge that because the digital goods are supplied instantly, the transaction is deemed final upon completion.
Coins are proprietary, non-transferable digital licenses. They are utilized solely to unlock specific copyrighted episodes or premium features within the FluxReels application.
Coins are not a form of cryptocurrency and possess no real-world cash value. They cannot be refunded, withdrawn, exchanged for fiat currency, or transferred to other accounts or third-party applications.
FluxReels reserves the right to alter the exchange rate of Coin bundles or the quantity of Coins required to unlock content at any time, without prior notification, based on economic factors.
Acquiring a VIP membership confers specific privileges for a defined duration. Specifically, VIP members enjoy ad-free viewing of all drama episodes in the highest available definition (HD).
This membership strictly excludes the capability to download episodes. All content must be consumed via online streaming. We do not support offline viewing modes at this time.
We reserve the authority to modify, augment, or withdraw specific membership benefits to align with our product strategy and content licensing arrangements.
When your subscription term concludes, all VIP privileges cease immediately. However, episodes that you previously unlocked permanently using Coins generally remain accessible in your library.
Because digital content is intangible and consumed instantly, all purchases of Coins and Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, unless applicable consumer protection laws strictly dictate otherwise.
If you initiate a chargeback without a valid justification, it is regarded as a breach of contract. This action may result in the permanent suspension of your FluxReels account and the confiscation of your virtual balance.
You are fully accountable for all charges incurred on your account. FluxReels is not liable for losses if you fail to secure your device or payment authentication passwords.
You must exclusively utilize the official in-app purchase system. FluxReels assumes no responsibility for losses if you acquire items from unauthorized third-party vendors.
